Senior Product Manager, Messaging

Our Product Management team works diligently to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. Whether working with internal partners, external partners, or end users, they go above and beyond to deliver the best-of-breed solutions.

The Senior Product Manager, Messaging will provide a critical link between our marketing, product, and technology teams. The right person will define and deliver on a cohesive messaging strategy across all customer touchpoints to ensure that our customers will always have access to the best travel deals in the world.


In this role you will get to:

  • Lead product development initiatives to build a messaging strategy across customer touchpoints such as email, push, SMS, and app inbox.

  • Identify insights and drive opportunities to improve our messaging capabilities through close collaboration with our marketing and technology departments, as well as 3rd party partners.

  • Analyze usage of our product, understand competitor offerings, align with internal critical initiatives and partner needs.

  • Utilize user and competitive research, business case development, scoping, and all phases of the product development lifecycle.

  • Define product specifications, establish landmarks, and manage design, development and quality assurance activities.

  • Continuously propose new features and tests to improve conversion and engagement.

  • Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong analytical abilities. Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues.

  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment with multiple responsibilities.

  • Curiosity about identifying creative solutions and responding to emerging customer behaviors and trends in an evolving and complex industry.

  • A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction,

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – from product specifications, to JIRA tickets, to partner presentations.

  • Experience with marketing and messaging or CRM tools is a plus.
