Priceline – a part of Booking Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG) is looking for an Analyst of FP&A to join its Finance team. Our FP&A team sits at the center of the organization and is actively involved with all major strategic decisions. The individual will be an integral member of a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting and managing Priceline’s variable expenses and serving as analytical and strategic business partner throughout the organization.
In this role you will get to:

Support the planning and forecasting process for Priceline’s operating expenses in partnership with cross-functional business leaders

Perform month-end close responsibilities including providing operational analytics and insightful variance analysis of performance versus budget, forecast and prior year

Throughout the year, track all planned and unplanned expenditures to accurately forecast spend and provide transparency regarding forecast risks or opportunities to business leaders and Finance

Work across the team to simplify and automate the reporting infrastructure and help develop new FP&A processes and analyses that add value for all stakeholders

Own process for reporting Headcount and Attrition analytics as well as support forecasting and budgeting process for Personnel and Benefits.

Perform ad-hoc analyses and support for special projects
Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other quantitative discipline

Minimum 1-3 years of related highly-analytical professional experience; Accounting experience preferred

Computer proficiency with advanced knowledge of Excel, and ability and interest to learn and utilize tools such as OneStream and Anaplan

Proven track record of critical thinking, performing comprehensive analysis, synthesizing data and presenting insights in a clear and concise way

Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to work independently, coordinate the efforts of others and work well with people at a wide range of levels

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant
The salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000.
