Why this job’s a big deal:

Mumbai NOC team setup is new and the team is expanding hence Priceline is looking for a strong manager who can lift the team technically and professionally. The Priceline Mumbai office has an NOC room fully equipped with dashboards. The manager will have to guide the team and address the gaps in terms of well being and bringing a healthy environment. 


In this role you will get to:

  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

  • Identify  gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scale new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. 

  • Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. 

  • Design details of automated systems. 

  • May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. 

  • May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. 

  • May be client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions. 

  • May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.


Who you are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or 8-12 years relevant work experience in lieu of degree.

  • Experience with New Relic, PagerDuty, Splunk, Jira, Confluence.

  • Working experience with Incident Management and Change Management.

  • Prior experience in Operations or a fast-paced, high stress environment with the requirement to resolve multiple interruption-driven priorities simultaneously.

  • Solid understanding of Open Source environments and TCP/IP Networking.

  • Self-motivated and can work both independently and within a team in our 24/7 Operations Center; available for off-hours shift coverage and be able to own technical issues in the role of Incident Commander.
