This role will work closely with the VP of business operations and analysis to produce reporting for stakeholders which will include the CFO and Controller. This role is a big deal because it is very innovative and you will have the  opportunity to implement procedures which will help increase productivity throughout the company and add to our bottom line. 

In this role you will get to:

• Performance Reporting & Monitoring

  • Develop, revise and enhance AP transactional performance reporting for Customer queue management and ServiceNow ticketing processes, and collections policy execution

  • Monitor AP transactional performance reporting and manage escalations and action plan execution

• Business Reporting & Analysis

  • Develop revise and enhance reporting to support team leadership and business partners

  • Ad hoc analysis to support business management

  • Assess insourcing opportunities for efficiencies

  • Support process improvement

• Transactions support

  • Serve as backup for transaction processing

  • Directly support transaction research inquiries

  • Provide managerial support to the team in the cash application process advising on any issues pertaining to remittance files, cash application etc.

  • Resolve outstanding payment issues

  • Assess transaction status before write-offs

    • Validate unapplied cash status

    • Submit JIRAs for approvals

    • process write-offs in Web-ADI

    • Validate completion in Oracle

    • escalate delays

• Assist in the revision and management of team SOPs and documentation

• Support SAP process transition and testing

• Facilitation and ownership to drive various projects that will result in process performance and efficiencies.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or other designation 

• Proficient in SQL queries

• Analyzing and presenting data

• 5+ years Financial experience corporate environment required; Accounts receivables experience preferred

• Strong Order to Cash Function knowledge preferred

• Microsoft Excel operational modeling
