This role is eligible for our five-day flex office work model.

Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers –  so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.

Why this job’s a big deal:

The Key Accounts team invests in long-term, strategic relationships with regional and global hotel chains. The Director of Key Accounts will be responsible for the achievement of our commercial goals with a selection of chain partners. You will work directly with the chain headquarters, as well as internal, cross-functional Priceline and Booking Holdings Inc. teams

In this role you will get to:

  • Own End-to-End commercial and high-level operational support of select strategic regional and global hotel chain brands

  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders to identify market opportunities and support strategy for rapid growth

  • Conduct innovative testing to identify novel approaches to drive performance through data driven decision-making

  • Communicate with internal and external leadership teams to provide constructive feedback on account performance and opportunities

  • Build strategic plans endorsed by your accounts. Handle reporting and analysis, and make data driven decisions that enhance performance.

  • You will manage a team who are also working to build relationships with chain partners and optimize their performance.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience leading an account management team

  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making

  • Strong data skills

  • Highly organized and comfortable with making prioritization decisions. Able to effectively keep track of moving parts across projects and adapt to new information and goals.

  • Enjoys building long-lasting business partnerships.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $145,000-$180,000 USD
