This role is eligible for our five-day flex office work model.

Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers – so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.

Why this job’s a big deal:

The Key Accounts team invests in long-term, strategic relationships with regional and global hotel chains. The Key Accounts Manager will be focused on supporting the achievement of Priceline’s commercial goals with new and established chain partners by working collaboratively across both internal and external teams.

In this role you will get to:

  • Own End-to-End commercial and high-level operational support of select strategic regional and global hotel chain brands
  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders to identify market opportunities and support strategy for rapid growth
  • Conduct innovative testing to identify novel approaches to drive performance through data driven decision-making
  • Connect with internal and external leadership teams to provide constructive feedback on account performance and opportunities
  • Handle monthly and weekly reporting and analysis, data driven decision and actions to enhance performance
  • Handle rate and technical enquiries from internal and external stakeholders

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years hospitality/OTA experience or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Consistent record in achieving company objectives and targets
  • Analytical and consistent track record in using data to drive strategy and make decisions
  • Professional experience in project delivery and account management
  • Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills along with strong emotional intelligence
  • Understanding of the online travel industry
  • Exposure to large commercial account management conversations/business development
  • Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creativity and problem solving for innovation
  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 USD
