In this role, you will get to:

Manage a team of engineers to design, implement and maintain our software development lifecycle

Modernize and improve the CI/CD process from current state to modern, fully automated self-service deployments while ensuring quality and security requirements are met.

Collaborate with our development teams to improve our development platform while decreasing time to market and cycle time.

Work with the SDET organization to provide a self-service test integration, test coverage, and quality.

Collaborate with Security and Architecture teams to ensure code meets security requirements and is deployed in alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance processes.

Manage vendor relationships that fall within the Pipeline domain.
Who you are:

5+ years of experience managing a team of CI/CD or DevOPS engineers.

Experience with CD tools such as Argo CD and Flux CD.

Experience with CI tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

Knowledge of package managers such NPM and Maven and repositories such as Artifactory and Google Artifact Registry.

Knowledge of testing automation tools like Saucelabs and Mabl.

Knowledge of security and code scanning tools such as Nexus Lifecycle and GitHub Advanced Security.

Knowledge of the container orchestration platform Kubernetes.

Comfortable or open to working with configuration management systems such as Chef, Puppet, and Ansible.

Familiarity with large scale production systems and technologies like load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, and configuration management.

Passionate about automating and improving processes.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $210,000- $265,000K USD.
