The Sr. Director of A/R and Revenue Operations is a high-level leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the accounts receivable function within Priceline. This role requires a deep understanding of order to cash lifecycle, financial management, strategic planning, and effective team leadership. This position plays a critical role in ensuring transactional excellence, effective cash management and mitigating credit risks.
In this role you will get to:

Oversee all aspects of the receivables function including: invoicing, cash application, reconciliation of billed and unbilled A/R, intercompany AR, and management of trade credit policy

Ensure all A/R revenue transactions are reflected correctly in the general ledger. Troubleshoot issues and work with the Fintech team to resolve them timely.

Responsible for execution of numerous finance transformation initiatives including implementing a new billing tool, leading the OTC workstream for ERP deployment, supporting consumer payments enhancements and ensuring best practices in managing overdue A/R

Actively manage related balance sheet accounts to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding credit policies, cash optimization, and credit risk management.

Lead and mentor a team of accounts receivable professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive high performance. Establish performance goals and monitor progress, conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans as needed.

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including BHI and other brand finance teams, external partners and internal business teams

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Develop and implement credit and collections policies that mitigate credit risk while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Prepare regular reports, financial analyses, and presentations for executive management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations.
Who you are:

12+ years related experience, with exposure to a high transaction volume environment

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience with Oracle, SAP, and billing software (High Radius, etc.) strongly preferred. Prior experience working with large volumes of data to interpret results is essential.

Sound understanding of the order to cash lifecycle on a transactional basis

Proven experience in a senior-level role within accounts receivable or credit management, ideally with progressive leadership responsibilities.

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, credit risk assessment, and collections strategies.

Demonstrated success in process optimization, efficiency improvement, and implementing technology solutions.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $194,000-$245,000.
