Senior Business Analyst, Rental Car

As a Business Analyst, you will be our subject matter expert on Rental Car business metrics and trends, and will disseminate your findings across the organization. You will get to work with a modern analytics tool stack, truly big data, and a fast-moving industry of travel. 

In this role you will get to: 

• Hold primary ownership for monitoring business metrics and recommend actions based on key insights

• Work closely with the supply team to create supplier facing reports and generate supplier related insights

• Provide analytical support for initiatives across variety of teams such as Finance, Marketing, Product and Business Development

• Independently and in collaboration with others, execute end-to-end deep dives and exploratory analysis on business performance

• Partner with data engineers to develop modernized data solutions

• Partner with other business units and sister companies to make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance and measurement

Who you Are: 

• 5+ years of analysis/consulting experience, travel or ecommerce/retail industry preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from top university in a quantitative subject (e.g., science or math)

• Hands-on experience working with complex, large datasets. Hands-on experience with data technologies like Google Cloud, AWS is preferred.

• Experience working with advanced SQL queries is a must. Additional experience with Python or another scripting language is a plus.

• Advanced visualization skills in Tableau or similar visualization tools required. 

• Demonstrate ability to extract value from data and connect insights to business outcomes

• Communicative, fun, highly competitive, independent person

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $120000-$140000
