From search engine optimization to branding and promotions, our Marketing team is the expert at spreading the priceline message far and wide – capturing the hearts and imaginations of customers to get them to try our services, and keep them coming back for more. 

Why this job’s a big deal:

The chosen candidate will assume full responsibility for overseeing every facet of digital advertising campaigns. They will collaborate closely with all divisions within the Priceline Media Group to streamline daily advertising operations. The ideal candidate should possess a demonstrated track record in account management, ad trafficking, reporting, and resolving creative challenges.

In this role you will get to:

  • Working knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM) to serve as primary liaison and support for direct sold and some programmatic campaigns

  • Inventory Management, inclusive of forecasting, reservation of digital campaigns, and analysis

  • Trafficking, QA and stewardship of digital campaigns consisting of display, native, programmatic, email, custom sponsorships, landing page development and social media components

  • Campaign Management: Work with clients and agencies to manage technical implementation of third party rich media creative

  • Monitor campaigns for delivery, performance and discrepancies; recommending appropriate optimizations where necessary

  • Facilitate creative development request/proofing process for client campaigns

  • Generate monthly and post-campaign reports by harnessing data from both first-party and third-party sources, along with handling monthly billing

  • Support execution of custom client promotions including internal alignment on scheduling, creative development and key performance metrics

  • Effectively communicate a detailed understanding of advertising specifications and guidelines as needed

  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships including but not limited to client partners, Priceline marketing, product and business teams

  • Support maintenance and expansion of first party data portfolio within customer data platform

  • Ownership of campaign launch checklist including but not limited to insertion order final review, campaign reservations, creative trafficking and QA, campaign proof of performance and billing sheet creation 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Must possess 1-3 years of Account Management or Sales experience in an online advertising organization required

  • Background managing the development of custom advertising products and high impact units is a plus

  • Experience with Google Ad Manager 360 is a must; DV360 and other advertising platforms is a plus

  • Third-party server knowledge such as CM360, Flashtalking, DoubleVerify, is beneficial

  • Strong multi-tasking ability while staying organized

  • Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and proficiency in media math

  • Collaboration and teamwork is key to this role 

  • Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets

  • Proven ability to manage and see projects through to completion

  • Experience in day to day client interaction is preferred 

  • Proficient in Excel; Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, Jira, Confluence, Tableau and Photoshop beneficial
