 In this role, you will get to:

  • Drive the IAM strategy, implementation, and day-to-day operations of the IAM program within a complex business environment.

  • Active, hands-on position, responsible for planning, designing, developing, and supporting the IAM function and its components.

  • Work across teams to develop/design solutions, automate processes, or solve a critical issue.

  • Ensure best-in-class performance & availability for business capabilities and growth through IT Service Management.

  • Manage conflicts and escalation to achieve results, while maintaining excellent working relationships across the teams.

  • Provide planning, coordination, and implementation for server and related application installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

  • Deploy and troubleshoot Windows Server operating systems, automation architecture, and design/migration.

  • Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of industry best practices and standards for deploying enterprise Apple technologies.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure technical solutions are compatible with the company's business needs and strategic objectives.

  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and strategic recommendations to other IT groups.

  • Engage and ensure any security changes or initiatives that might have an impact are evaluated and reviewed with the IT operations and support organization.

  • Participate in 24/7 on-call service and emergency onsite support if necessary.

Who you are:

  • Broad understanding of IAM principles

  • Advanced understanding of Active Directory

  • Automation experience (i.e. Bash, Python, PowerShell).

  • Operational knowledge of best practices for IGA/PAMPEDM/SSO/MFA

  • Extensive experience with:

    • Network Access Control

    • Okta Identity Management

    • Duo

    • Akamai Enterprise Application Access

    • Google Suite and GCP

    • Duo

    • Terraform

    • Ansible

  • Previous experience with and working knowledge of IAM, SSO, and multifactor tools as stated above

  • Experience maintaining IAM policies and roles for AWS & Google

  • Working knowledge of user classifications – administrator, reporting, etc.

  • Technical understanding across IT Systems, Information Security utilities, and Application authentication techniques

  • 3+ years of expertise in IAM including experience leading, building, implementing, and managing IAM programs and ongoing operations

  • Experience with compliance programs and identity management requirements, including ISO 27001/2, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-53

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience with IT

  • Ability to confidently and simply explain technical security issues without hype or buzzwords to technical and non-technical business owners

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $90,000- $110,000K USD.
