Account Coordinator

Whether it is hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to priceline customers – so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.

Why this job’s a big deal:

Priceline Partner Solutions is looking for an Account Coordinator. This is a role that requires strong analytical and communication skills to work with Accounts directly and communicate their requirements to internal and external partners.

In this role you will get to:

  • Work alongside Account Manager and Senior Management on multiple Partnerships of varying complexity

  • Work closely with the Sales and Technical Account Management teams at PPS on API Implementation of Accounts, from the time they are signed with PPS through implementation and live ramp-up

  • Develop and maintain high value relationships within your portfolio of designated accounts.

  • Identify client business needs using a consultative account management approach

  • Work with internal Product and Technical teams on development and creation of new initiatives for the affiliate product.

  • Present to Accounts on their business performance, and drive recommended optimizations to enhance the value of the Partnership

  • Create solutions to optimize operations and processes, including but not limited to Partner Implementation and Partner Growth

Who you are:

  • College diploma or University Degree, ideally in Business or Technology is ideal

  • Understanding of travel, technology, marketing, business, project management and/or the B2B space would be considered an asset

  • Ability to prioritize workload supporting multiple high priority Partners and company needs

  • Ability to cope with the demands of a constantly evolving environment and the ability to adapt to new situations from both the Partner perspective, and the industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; to clearly articulate strategic, business, and technical subjects

  • Strong relationship management skills, both with external partners and internal stakeholders

  • Technical skills/training/knowledge, or at minimum a desire to learn these (web focused)

  • A knowledge of the constantly evolving Travel Industry

  • Willing and able to take on work-related travel

  • Proven history of living the values important to Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust. Unquestionable integrity and ethics
