This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers – so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.

Why this job’s a big deal:

As a Market Coordinator your key objective is to support Priceline’s Market Management team and hotel partners within the assigned region. You will do this by working with internal teams and accommodation partners to ensure pricing and availability competitiveness, optimize content, troubleshoot operational issues, and identify opportunities to secure business wins that satisfy consumer demand and maximize hotel bookings on Priceline.com and Agoda.com websites. The Market Coordinator also may be assigned Account Management responsibilities within smaller markets. 

In this role you will get to:

  • Strengthen supplier relationships and by providing prompt and professional support to Priceline accommodations partners

  • Liaise with hotel suppliers and internal support teams to address and resolve customer service questions and issues

  • Foster collaborative internal partnerships across functional areas to help facilitate swift resolution of issues encountered by hotel partners or market management team

  • Research and troubleshoot pricing and availability competitiveness issues preventing hotels from optimizing booking performance

  • Audit and update hotel content as needed to ensure it is accurate, thorough and compelling

  • Generate property and market level reports at the direction of regional leaders

  • Support and train hotel partners on Priceline and Agoda systems, tools, programs and reporting

  • Support strategic business initiatives and projects at the direction of regional leaders

Who you are:

  • Leisure Sales or Revenue Management experience in the hospitality or travel industry is strongly preferred

  • 2+ years hospitality/OTA experience or equivalent

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines, follow through, and maintain a keen attention to detail

  • Proactive problem-solver and disciplined self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Demonstrated analytical and technical/systems skills; experience with G-Suite, Tableau, Metabase and/or HubSpot is a plus 

  • Willing to assist where and when needed with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic

  • Comfortable in two-way feedback culture and challenging the status quo

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000
