The Compensation Analyst will play a critical part on the P&C team providing analysis and insight on compensation programs supporting Priceline’s employees globally.
In this role you will get to:

Play a key role in design, implementation and administration of global compensation programs that align with Priceline’s employee value proposition (EVP) and business goals

Support Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits during the annual compensation planning process, as well as with ad hoc inquiries and any off-cycle compensation actions

Provide insight and leverage external market data to support development and ongoing maintenance of recruiting base salary ranges

Support the Talent Acquisition team by completing compensation evaluations for job requisitions in Workday and helping to ensure our compensation packages are competitive to attract the right talent in each local market

Work closely with HR Operations team to drive continuous improvement in how we leverage HR Systems (mainly Workday) to be effective and efficient

Partner with both Priceline and BHI FP&A (Finance) teams, as well as with BHI HR team, during bonus/equity budget and forecasting processes
Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree required – preferably HR/Finance related

3-5 years’ experience in an analytical role preferably with a focus on compensation

High level of proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets required including technical skills in the areas of formula writing, data analysis, report generation, and macro creation (VBA for Excel) and/or Google Apps script (for Google Sheets) preferred

Workday experience preferable

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills

Attention to detail is a must

Ability to balance multiple projects with strong organizational, communication and project management skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive compensation and employee information with complete discretion

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000.
