HR Generalist

As the HR Generalist you will provide support in the implementation and management of HR policies, processes, and practices. You shall be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, driving HR initiatives, and serving as a key point of contact for employees on various HR-related matters. You will collaborate with functional leaders, people leaders and employees to deliver HR programs that align with business goals.
In this role you will get to:

Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries for Mumbai, UK and Germany.

Address and resolve employee issues, manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), grievances, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Support managers in handling all matters related to employee performance, growth and development.

Oversee exit process, conduct exit interviews.

Manage processes for unplanned exits, Return to Office (RTO), and other types of employee absence requests.

Coordinate with multiple departments/stakeholders to ensure that the employee exit process is seamless.

Participate in the New hire Orientation to ensure smooth integration into the organization.

Ensure compliance with all state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

Manage local employee development initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and mentoring.

Support in identification of training needs and collaboration with external vendors or internal stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions.

Support Global training initiatives and collaborate with relevant stakeholder(s) to help drive training needs across various regions.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with the company’s long-term goals.

Participate in organizational change efforts, such as process improvement, and employee engagement programs.
Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).

3-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.

Experience in working with Workday (preferred), and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Good Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with diverse teams and promoting an inclusive workplace culture.

Ability to influence and engage employees and leaders across levels.

Capable of managing multiple priorities and navigating complex situations.

A team player who can build strong working relationships across the organization.
