Product Manager, UX 

Our Product Design and Management teams work tirelessly to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. They’re the ones who make our deals come to life and our user experience simple and intuitive.

Everyday, millions of customers visit Priceline in search of a travel deal and you will be leading from the front as their best travel dealmaker.   

In this role you will get to:

  • Lead product development initiatives utilizing user and competitive research 

  • Identify insights and drive opportunities to grow our business – connect with travelers to understand their pain-points

  • Analyze usage of our product, understand competitor offerings, align with internal strategic initiatives and partner needs

  • Continuously propose new A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement

  • Work closely with our Commercial teams to understand the voice of our partners on the supply side of the flights product

  • Develop strong relationships with a matrixed team of stakeholders with a shared interest in the core Flights product  

  • Define product specifications, establish milestones, and manage design, development and quality assurance activities for a cross-functional scrum teams of 6-8 people, and be accountable for delivery of product by these teams.

  • Get your hands dirty. We are a lean team and there is no job too big or too small. Some days you will be planning for the next quarter, and other days you will be diving into database records or inspecting API responses to help the development team troubleshoot an issue. We are very hands-on

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus

  • Travel experience is not necessary, but a passion for travel is a must

  • Experience in running experimentation for B2C or e-Commerce products

  • Humility; an openness to new processes and a desire to grow and learn

  • Enthusiasm for creating differentiated products and user experiences

  • Demonstrated empathy for and championing of the user

  • A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction, 

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – from product specifications, to JIRA tickets, to stakeholder presentations

  • Experience with Google Analytics and basic SQL

  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline:  Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust
