Why this job’s a big deal:

The Manager, People Technology Solutions will lead Priceline’s global Workday administration, overseeing integrations, security, reporting, configuration, and business processes. Leading a talented team, you will ensure our HR technology meets the evolving needs of our global workforce and enhances operational effectiveness.

In this role you will get to:

  • Lead the administration and strategic development of our global Workday system, including integrations, security, reporting, configuration, and business processes for all entities hosted in our tenant.

  • Oversee a team of HRIS professionals, providing mentorship, support, and performance management to ensure team and individual growth.

  • Collaborate closely with People & Culture stakeholders, IT, Finance, Booking Holdings, Inc sister brands and other cross-functional teams to identify system improvements, enhance user experiences, and streamline processes.

  • Manage Workday integrations and ensure accurate, timely, and secure data flow between Workday, other business systems, and third-party vendors.

  • Drive continuous improvement in HR system processes, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize functionality, increase automation, and enhance reporting capabilities.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security standards, and internal control processes.

  • Manage HRIS projects from design through implementation, maintaining alignment with project timelines, scope, and business objectives.

  • Provide expert-level guidance and troubleshooting support, addressing escalations promptly and effectively.

  • Stay current on Workday capabilities, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, including leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS or related roles, including significant experience in Workday administration, configuration, security and integration.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading or managing teams, demonstrating strong leadership, coaching, and development capabilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Workday HCM modules, integrations, reporting, security configurations, and business process framework.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, delivering results in a dynamic environment.

  • Workday certifications are highly preferred.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant. The salary range for this position is $120,000- $150,000K USD.
