Project Manager, Consumer Risk

In this role you will get to:

Product Roadmap Ownership: Driving the product roadmap for our Consumer Risk business unit.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with FinTech, Customer Care, and other cross-functional teams to deliver innovative risk solutions.

Systemic Gap Resolution: Identifying and resolving systemic gaps across various projects to ensure seamless processes and robust risk controls.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing data-driven insights to guide product decisions and measure impact.

Project Autonomy: Exercising ownership and autonomy in shaping internal projects.

Innovation: Introducing new ideas and ways of working that enhance consumer risk capabilities and business outcomes at scale.
Who you are:

4–5 years of product management experience in risk management or payments.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Knowledge of fraud prevention, chargebacks, and payments ecosystems is a plus.

Experience in the travel industry is a plus.

Good to have experience with SQL, Tableau, Big Query, and Oracle ERP systems.

Familiarity with API integrations and implementation in business processes.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
