In this role you will get to:

  • Product Roadmap Ownership: Driving the product roadmap for our Consumer Risk business unit.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with FinTech, Customer Care, and other cross-functional teams to deliver innovative risk solutions.

  • Systemic Gap Resolution: Identifying and resolving systemic gaps across various projects to ensure seamless processes and robust risk controls.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing data-driven insights to guide product decisions and measure impact.

  • Project Autonomy: Exercising ownership and autonomy in shaping internal projects.

  • Innovation: Introducing new ideas and ways of working that enhance consumer risk capabilities and business outcomes at scale.

Who you are:

  • 4–5 years of product management experience in risk management or payments.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable results.

  •  Knowledge of fraud prevention, chargebacks, and payments ecosystems is a plus.

  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus.

  • Good to have experience with SQL, Tableau, Big Query, and Oracle ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with API integrations and implementation in business processes.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
