Senior Product Manager, Hotel UX

Our Product Management teams work diligently to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. They’re the ones who make our deals come to life and our user experience simple and intuitive.

Why this job’s a big deal:

At Priceline, our Product teams sit at the center of how millions of travelers discover, compare, and book places to stay. As a Senior Product Manager on the Hotel UX team, you’ll shape the end-to-end shopping and booking experience—turning complex pricing, content, and inventory into simple, intuitive journeys across web and app.

Hotel UX is where customer trust, conversion, and business impact meet. You’ll work on high-traffic surfaces, move fast through experimentation, and ship improvements that materially change how travelers make decisions. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, visible impact, and constant learning.

In this role you will get to:

  • Own and evolve the hotel shopping and booking experience, from listings through checkout.

  • Turn traveler insights, research, and data into clear product opportunities and shipped features.

  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests that improve conversion, engagement, cancellation rates, and customer service contact.

  • Partner closely with design, engineering, data, and pricing to deliver high-quality experiences.

  • Define product requirements, milestones, and roadmaps for cross-functional scrum teams.

  • Analyze product performance, competitor experiences, and internal priorities to guide decisions.

  • Dive deep when needed—from quarterly planning to debugging APIs or data issues with engineers.

  • Act as a strong advocate for the traveler while balancing business and technical constraints.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management; Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Passionate about building differentiated, intuitive, and high-impact user experiences grounded in real user needs.

  • Data-informed and experiment-driven, with a strong orientation toward A/B testing, learning through iteration, and continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and user empathy, consistently championing the customer in product decisions.

  • Curious, humble, and growth-oriented—open to new ideas, evolving processes, and better ways of working in fast-changing environments.

  • A self-starter who confidently drives initiatives forward with minimal direction while balancing multiple priorities.

  • Strong communicator with experience writing product requirements, specifications, and JIRA tickets, and presenting clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in Agile environments, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and analytics partners.

  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and basic SQL is a plus.

  • Illustrated history of living the values vital to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

  • The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it is core to our identity. Unquestionable integrity and ethics is critical.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 CAD.
