As a Talent Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team. This position is dynamic and integral in enhancing our recruitment processes, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience, and facilitating a seamless onboarding process across our global operations.
In this role you will get to:

Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stages. Communicate effectively with candidates and recruiters, responding promptly to ensure a positive and engaging experience throughout the process.

Manage the global pre-onboarding processes for new Priceliners in collaboration with HR Operations and IT teams.

Coordinate global orientation schedules, with a specific focus on conducting orientation sessions in our Toronto office.

Provide exceptional service to hiring managers and interviewers, including C-level executives, by managing expectations and facilitating smooth recruitment operations.

Handle event logistics for virtual and in-person interviews, coordination, administrative support and follow up while proactively problem-solving changes or issues as they arise

Assist with various Talent Acquisition projects and tasks as required.
Who you are:

Proven academic excellence, evidenced by Bachelor’s or higher degree.

1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong preference for experience in Talent Acquisition.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing demands.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously and reliably meet deadlines.

Experience working with international teams and managing relationships with global stakeholders is a plus.

Experience working with Excel or Google sheets to manage and maintain data is a plus

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $70,000- $80,000K CAD.
