Our Product Management teams work tirelessly to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. They’re the ones who make our deals come to life and our user experience simple and intuitive.
The Product Team at Priceline.com is seeking a Product Manager with equal parts tech and customer focus to work on our Hotels product. Position can be based in our Norwalk, CT or New York City office with 1-2 days per week travel to non-primary office.
The Hotel product team is responsible for the full-stack product, from connectivity to the hotel suppliers all the way up to the user experience. This role will focus on building out services and APIs that will translate hotel rate information and content into useful consumer data to be consumed by our Websites, Native Apps, and Affiliate Partners.
Ideal candidates are comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to understand and prioritize needs, as well as working directly with engineers on requirements gathering, technical design and testing. Candidates thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We aim to release products and features often with iterations based on quantitative and qualitative metrics.
What You’ll Do:
Spend time in quantitative and qualitative data, understanding user behavior, industry trends, and supplier needs.
Work with internal and external stakeholders (internal such as supply, finance, marketing, external such as hotel partners) to ensure our APIs provide the best customer experience.
Define product specifications, establish milestones
Manage design, development and QA for cross-functional scrum teams.
Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.
Design and execute A/B tests throughout our APIs to improve business and customer KPIs.
Be the glue! The product manager holds an organization together – it is part of your job to communicate often with all team members.
Get your hands dirty. We are a lean team and there is no job too big or too small. Some days you will be presenting quarterly strategy plans to senior leadership and other days you will be in war rooms helping the tech team debug issues.

4+ years experience working in the Product domain with at least 2 years driving the product vision for a full-stack or backend engineering team.
Experience balancing and prioritizing the needs of internal and external stakeholders

A self-starter who is inquisitive and able to move projects forward with little direction.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – from pitch decks, to detailed Agile stories, to demo presentations.
Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, and A/B testing
Demonstrated history of living the values important to priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust. Unquestionable integrity and ethics
