Priceline is looking for a talented, result oriented, and innovative software engineer at all levels to join our payments team, responsible for building services that enables payments fulfillment for all bookings made on the site.
Currently the payments engineering team is building a brand new state of the art payment system. This cutting edge product will increase the payment choices available to customers, reduce friction during booking and enable Priceline to provide multiple currency codes in multiple countries. This will be a large scale enterprise grade application with unparalleled accuracy and scalability.
The team is looking for developers who want to participate in the above challenging product development using state of the art technology, cutting edge developer methodologies, innovative software solutions and much more.

Interest in backend enterprise software development, maintenance and debugging.
Working knowledge of data structures (e.g. Queue, Heap, List, Map etc.)
Knowledge of Java, C#, Python, Php or similar programming languages
Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Economics or equivalent training or course work experience
Interest in web programming and Object-Oriented design.
