In this role you will get to:
Support and collaborate with other technology leaders in Priceline, as well as other leaders within your immediate team, to continuously improve existing opportunities, responsibilities and new endeavors
Identify opportunities and drive improvement in our services & supporting applications, contribute to the ongoing and ever-changing development of our Partner Network’s technical playbook
Provide coaching and guidance to team members as assigned, as well as effectively manage team member performance
Leading multiple projects – including planning, prioritization, and task delegation
Enforce accountability for the quality of software that is created
Who you are:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
Display leadership through transformation, display management through positive influence
Technical knowledge (React.js, Go, Google Cloud, MySql) along with strong background in business and statistical decision making
Conduct training and workshops, provide a management strategy including but not limited to development through agile, visuals & documentation, problem solving, KPI and metrics, capacity management, coaching and feedback, as well as individual development plans
Data driven mentality that translates into actionable conclusions & solutions to problems
Demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust. Unquestionable integrity and ethics
