We are looking for someone to lead and manage this team of engineers and work closely with the technology leadership to design and implement our next generation CI/CD using cutting edge tools and technologies.
In this role, you will get to:
Manage a team of engineers to design, implement and maintain our deployment pipeline infrastructure and services.
Modernize, enhance and improve the CI/CD process from current state to fully automated push button deployments in order to minimize cycle time while ensuring code quality and security requirements are met.
Work closely with the SDET organization to provide a self-service test integration, test coverage and quality.
Collaborate with Security and Architecture teams to ensure code meets security requirements and is deployed in alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance processes.
Manage vendor relationships for the tools and technologies that fall within the Pipeline domain.
Who you are:
5+ years of experience managing a team of CI/CD or DevOPS engineers
Experience with Harness CD.
Knowledge in CICD automation using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Sonarcube, Bitbucket, Bamboo.
Knowledge of testing automation tools such as Saucelabs.
Knowledge of security and code scanning tools such as Nexus Lifecycle.
Knowledge of container orchestration platforM such as Kubernetes
Comfort and open to work with configuration management systems such as Chef, Puppet and Ansible.
Familiarity with large scale production systems and technologies, for example load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, and configuration management.
Passionate about automating and improving processes.

The Priceline.com Pipeline Engineering Team is responsible for building and maintaining our CI/CD pipeline enabling software development teams to deliver code changes more frequently and reliably through automation of deployment steps and enforcement of security, testing, and quality gates. This team designs and implements the technical infrastructure and automation pipelines to facilitate the integration of software development and delivery from inception to full operation. Activities also include the implementation of solutions for fault tolerance, performance enhancement, and configuration management of applications systems and services, as well as the coordination and ownership of system and software release processes, and the coordination of the resolution for application support issues with development teams. Pipeline Engineering interacts closely with the software development org and infrastructure teams as well as vendors and third parties to satisfy system needs in line with the group’s technical "vision" and strategies.
