In this role, you will get to:
Drive the IAM strategy, implementation, and day-to-day operations of the IAM program within a complex business environment.
This is an active, hands-on position, responsible for the planning, design, development, and support of the IAM function and its components.
Other responsibilities include:
Global accountability for the IAM strategy and development of a roadmap
Supporting and resolving IAM-related issues
Directing IAM program maturity: implementing and increasing adoption by onboarding technology platforms, maturing processes, and providing actionable guidance on security standards and best practices
Staying up-to-date with emerging Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Privileged Elevation and Delegation Management (PEDM) technology, cyber threats, and industry trends around IAM
Building relationships and serving as a liaison between system/application owners
Acting as an advisor, raising awareness, exposure, and business impact to enterprise systems
Ensure best in class performance & availability for business capabilities and growth through IT Service Management.
Developing key metrics, interpreting performance trends, identifying improvements, and supporting data-based performance improvement
Collaborating with technology teams to utilize monitoring and alerting infrastructure, processes, and tools for threats
Who you are:
Expert-level understanding of IAM principles
Expert-level understanding of Active Directory
Operational knowledge of best practices for IGA/PAMPEDM/SSO/MFA
Extensive experience with
Citrix and Citrix Netscallers
Network Access Control
Trend Apex One
Okta Identity Management
Duo
Akamai Enterprise Application Access
Previous experience with and working knowledge of IAM, SSO, and multifactor tools as stated above
Experience maintaining IAM policies and roles for AWS & Google
Working knowledge of user classifications – administrator, reporting, etc.
Technical understanding across IT Systems, Information Security utilities, and Application authentication techniques
5+ years of expertise in IAM including experience leading, building, implementing, and managing IAM programs and on-going operations
Experience with compliance programs and identity management requirements, including ISO 27001/2, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-53
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience with IT
Ability to confidently and simply explain technical security issues without hype or buzzwords to technical and non-technical business owners
Demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust; unquestionable integrity and ethics.
Exposure to additional technologies such as:
Microsoft SCCM / Intune / JAMF
Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc..)
Experience with VMWare
Microsoft SCCM / Intune / JAMF
Windows Server 2008 – 2019
