Why this job’s a big deal
You’ll provide critical Human Resources expertise to this brand new office that is the fuel behind the growth of Priceline’s business internationally. You’ll work closely with members of the Mumbai leadership team, providing guidance, consultation, and direction on the successful execution of the day- to- day HR programs and initiatives.
In this role you will get to:
Partner with management, providing day to day HR guidance to ensure programs and initiatives are delivered effectively.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Conduct thorough and objective investigations regarding employee relations issues as they arise, partnering effectively with legal and corporate Employee Relations.
Provide guidance to employees on issues that are important to them, including benefits and career development.
Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization.
Manage the onboarding process for all new hires.
Develop strong partnerships with the HR function heads and across all levels of the organization and act as a trusted and valued business partner.
Who you are:
Masters degree in HR required
5 + years experience serving in a Human Resource Business Partner capacity
Ability to navigate across the organization with excellent relationship building skills
Experience in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment
Proactive, can operate autonomously, and thrives in ambiguity
Prior experience handling employee relations and grievances
Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence
Demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
