The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist will play a pivotal role in bringing critical learning to the entire organization, and most especially to our brand new Mumbai office which will triple in size during 2021! This new role is an incredible opportunity for someone eager to make an immediate impact.
In this role you will get to:
Have global impact:
Implement and then effectively maintain and leverage a Learning Management System for Priceline’s global L&D organization, working directly with Priceline’s Global L&D Manager.
Analyze the overall impact of L&D on employee engagement, retention, and career progression at a corporate wide level.
Shape the employee experience in Mumbai:
Conduct analysis on course utilization, attendance, participant feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide project management and coordination for a variety of learning programs, including the full suite of technical training for the Mumbai office.
Support the creation of course communications (email and marketing campaigns) to increase utilization of available learning resources.
Organize and coordinate the Learning & Development calendar for Mumbai.
Who you are:
Masters/ MBA in HR is preferred
3-5 years of experience as a learning coordinator, including responsibilities as a Learning Management System administrator
Tracking and Data collection of Team's Skills and Competencies
Tracking Talent Metrics across the organization
Managing Training Calendar, Scheduling, and Prioritization
Coordination and Facilitation of Training Events with Trainers, Vendors and Trainees
Working with Talent Head for analytics and reporting
Strong organizational skills and a reputation for consistent follow-through
Technically savvy and proficient with Learning Management Systems
Passionate about navigating systems and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in LMS
Working knowledge of LMS systems like Cornerstone, Workday Learning is a positive
