In this role, you will get to:
Work across teams to develop/design solutions, automating a process, or solving a critical issue.
Ensure best in class performance & availability for business capabilities and growth through IT Service Management.
Solve operational issues for all Apple / Windows related services, to all clients and service levels while following all ITSM best practices.
Migrate current Windows Infrastructure to Google’s Cloud Platform
Manage conflicts and escalation to achieve results, while maintaining excellent working relationships across the teams.
Provide planning, coordination, and implementation for server and related application installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Deploy and troubleshoot Windows Server operating systems, automation architecture, and design/migration.
Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of industry best practices and standards for deploying enterprise Apple technologies.
Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure technical solutions are compatible with the company's business needs and strategic objectives.
Provide technical expertise, guidance and strategic recommendations to other IT groups.
Engage and ensure any security changes or initiatives that might have impact are evaluated and reviewed with the IT operations and support organization.
Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels; provide performance statistics and reports.
Participate in 24/7 on-call service and emergency onsite support if necessary.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
Automation experience (i.e. Bash, Python, PowerShell).
Understanding of IAM principles
Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory
Operational knowledge of best practices for IGA/PAMPEDM/SSO/MFA
Network Access Control
Google Suite and GCP
Okta Identity Management
Akamai Enterprise Application Access
Previous experience with and working knowledge of IAM, SSO, and multifactor tools as stated above
Experience maintaining IAM policies and roles for AWS & Google
Working knowledge of user classifications – administrator, reporting, etc.
Technical understanding across IT Systems, Information Security utilities, and Application authentication techniques
Demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust; unquestionable integrity and ethics.
Exposure to additional technologies such as:
Microsoft SCCM / Intune / JAMF
Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc..)
Experience with VMWare
Microsoft SCCM / Intune / JAMF
Windows Server 2008 – 2019
Active Directory Knowledge & build
