Compensation & Benefits Specialist

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will support the P&C team to provide analysis and insight on compensation and benefits programs for our employees based in India.
In this role you will get to:
Support Senior Analyst, Compensation & Benefits and Director, HR (Mumbai) in design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs that align with Priceline’s EVP and business goals
Partner with Senior Analyst, Compensation & Benefits by providing local market insight and leveraging external market data to support development and ongoing maintenance of base salary recruiting ranges
Support the Talent Acquisition team by providing compensation evaluations for job requisitions in Workday and helping to ensure our compensation packages are competitive to attract the right talent
Support Senior Analyst, Compensation & Benefits during the annual compensation planning process, as well as with ad hoc inquiries and any off-cycle pay actions
Partner with third party vendors including TMF Payroll, HFDC bank (NPS) and Reliance Benefits to administer compensation and benefits programs and to help employees make changes to elections as needed
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree – preferably HR/Finance related
Exceptional skill level in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Suite products including Google Sheets and Google Slides
Workday experience preferable
3-5 years’ experience in an analytical role
Prior work experience within compensation and/or benefits preferable
Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, attention-to-detail and project management skills
Data-mining, report creation and strong excel skills preferable
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive compensation and employee information with complete discretion
Demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust
