Product Operations Specialist

Priceline is looking for a Product Operations Specialist, who will develop and implement internet marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness, and improve customer satisfaction.
In this role you will get to:
Work with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to influence and shape the product strategy and roadmap, drive change for key issues, and prioritize product change requests based on issue volume, customer impact, revenue impact, and other relevant metrics.
Aggregate and analyze customer issues using internal tools, customer complaints, and queries of all available data sources to gather user insights.
Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure operational team processes are factored into new product development plans and designs, and to integrate solutions to identify user experience issues in upcoming versions.
Understand and communicate all upcoming product features and user experience changes to key stakeholders like Finance, Customer Care, and Product teams.
Monitor product performance, interpret logging and monitoring reports and charts, and identify recurring issues and with recommendations for improvement.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Operations Management, Operations Manager, or Project Management. Background in the following are a plus: technical support, technical sales and/or consultancy.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, in a high-paced environment.
Must be comfortable demonstrating and explaining products, and have a love of problem solving.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with partners and team members.
