This role will work with both NDC’s and numerous traditional GDS’s. They will work with our partners to imagine, test and implement processes, policy, and technology across multiple global sites. Transform the agent experience.
In this role you will get to:
Optimize contact center flows
Leverage the enhanced capability and communication available from NDC’s
Work with global partners
Test new portals and connections
Collaborate with operations and training teams
Influence change through deep travel industry knowledge and experience
Who you are:
Someone with 4+ years of experience. Who is detailed and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable giving feedback.
A GDS expert with strong Galileo experience including back office.
Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
