Product Manager, Hotel User Experience
Our Product Design and Management teams work tirelessly to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. They’re the ones who make our deals come to life and our user experience simple and intuitive.
Why this job’s a big deal:
Customers come to priceline searching for travel deals. In this role you will create new product experiences and consumer facing features that make it easier for our customers to discover and choose the very best deal for their trip.
In this role you will get to:
Solve real user problems inspired by by data insights, consumer/competitive research
Manage product feature development through ideation to production
Work with the design team to create designs that articulate the product vision
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems
Assist in managing the prioritization of new features and bugs
Draft user stories, product specifications and test and measurement plans
Develop and plan the roadmap to achieve business goals
Monitor performance of existing features and prioritizing updates as needed
Continuously propose new A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement
Be the glue! The product manager holds an organization together – it is part of your job to communicate often with all team members
Who you are:
3-5 years of consumer-facing online product management experience
Strong analytical skills. Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues
A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Equal enthusiasm for with high-level strategic planning, but also tactical daily execution
A desire to work in a fast-paced, results drive environment with multiple responsibilities.
Experience with Google Analytics and SQL (a plus)
