Why this job’s a big deal:

Priceline is seeking a Manager of Flight Partner Services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to make an immediate impact critical in Priceline, Booking.com and Agoda’s (Booking Holdings) quest to expand our flight product offerings globally.  Utilizing your expert understanding of the airline industry in the EMEA region, you will identify, influence, and support  our commercial strategy and establish partnerships with local airlines for supply to be used by the Booking Holdings brands.  

In this role you will get to:

  • Partner with the EMEA Director’s & Managing Director of Flight Partner Services to develop a highly competitive go-to-market strategy for flights in your territory.

  • Identify, build, and deepen relationships with flight supply partners; collaborate with supply partners in order to deliver the best flight deals to our customers.

  • Spearhead negotiations for commercial agreements with airline partners, and other local supply partners, on behalf of priceline, Booking.com and Agoda.

  • Own business performance of your territory – you will be responsible for supply-related KPIs, identification of trends and issues.

  • Build action plans, backed by data, with the aim of improving both our business performance and our partners’ business performance.

  • Influence internal and external stakeholders from a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership at airlines, with a focus on developing innovative solutions to problems.

  • Research and analyze the competitive landscape of other online travel agencies in the region, identify product and commercial weaknesses, and formulate/execute a plan to close gaps.

Who you are:

  • Strong academic background with a Bachelor's Degree.

  • 3 years of established relationship management experience in the airline industry with online travel experience a plus.

  • Data driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Exceptional at working under pressure and flexible in adapting to constantly evolving marketplace conditions.

  • Expert negotiator, developing creative solutions to problems or barriers.

  • Savvy and clear communicator, with the ability to influence across departments to deliver on goals and partner to engage internal business and technology teams.
