Finance Operations Associate
From accounting and financial planning to risk/fraud analysis and payments, our Finance team ensures not only our company’s financial security, but also that our customers can buy from us with confidence.

In this role you will get to:
Perform transactional accounting processes; collect operational data; document transactional processes; monitor and analyze variances; reconcile discrepancies and check payments.
Provide outstanding customer service; process transactional adjustments; respond to daily inquiries from partners; adapt to volume increase.
Provide administrative support in the collections process.
Prepare outstanding accounts reports and gather credit and/or reference information.
Maintain databases by entering, updating, and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports.
Assist in resolution of outstanding invoice problems from past due accounts.
Respond to inquiries from customers or external collection resources.
Place calls or send messages to those with unresolved issues.
Perform day-to-day transactional accounting functions related to transaction adjustments and resolution of billing discrepancies. 25%
Process application and payment reconciliation of checks daily. 25%
Process transactions accurately and timely in compliance with the company 25%
Maintain a positive working relationship with partners 25%
Who you are:
Have an undergraduate degree with one to two years experience in related field
Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
