Why this job’s a big deal

Our Revenue Operations team is critical part of Finance organization and mainly responsible for Business Operations. The individual will be an integral member of a team responsible for Operational Data Analytics for managing the payment reconciliations with partners and other sister brands and serving as analytical and strategic business partners throughout the organization.

In this role you will get to:

  • Support our ongoing data and reporting need for various functions like Operations Analytics, Aging AR, key drivers for reserve calculations, Opportunity for improved Collections, gaps in cash applications, reconciliation gaps between brands

  • Leverage your Quantative skills to define/refine KPIs that measure various Order to Cash functions

  • Conduct analysis on various operational issues to find out root cause

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate insights, influence decision making, and improve business performance based on insights generated

  • Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance and measurement in the future

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, Statistics or Econometrics or another relevant academic program

  • MBA a plus, 5+ years of analysis or consulting experience analyzing performance metrics

  • Finance, Accounting experience, extensive knowledge and experience of working with large databases, data mining and business intelligence tools SQL mastery required; Big Query/GCP, Tableau, and Python experience a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; extremely proficient in presentation writing tools (e.g., Microsoft, Google Suite like excel, Power Point Slides)

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Financial Modeling, Operational Analytics

  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced/rapidly changing environment

  • Intellectual curiosity with demonstrated ability to learn and master new subject areas quickly

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, coordinate the efforts of others, and work well with people at a wide range of levels

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, owner mindset, take initiative

  • Comfortability with ambiguity
