Finance Manager, Revenue Operations

Our Revenue Operations team is critical part of Finance organization. We seek an experienced finance professional to join our Mumbai office. This is a new role that will report to the Revenue Operations Director and responsible for managing Order to Cash and Business Operations. The individual will be an integral member of a team responsible for Receivables Aging, Cash Applications, Collections, Operations, forecasting and serving as analytical and strategic business partners throughout the organization. The individual will be involved in critical corporate project initiatives.
In this role you will get to:
Be the subject matter expert in managing Order to Cash (O2C) process in ERP (Oracle and SAP)
Partner with functional, technical and external teams, including the O2C lead, tax & accounting, Fintech and external Vendors to drive integration and execute strategic plans
Identify, propose and drive to fruition, process improvement initiatives in support of increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Propose, provide direction and coordinate the delivery of process improvements with Fintech of O2C processes, invoicing and reconciliations
Provide leadership to the team managing the O2C process Run/enhance the operations and reconciliation process
Operational management of credit policies
Leading and developing a business analyst.
Who you are:
Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business required (advanced degree preferred);
9+ years of relevant work experience in a finance role, with prior experience in a professional services firm preferred;
Experience in Oracle EBS and SAP and Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel a preferred;
High level of self-motivation; ability to quickly identify what needs to be accomplished and resourcefulness to get things done;
Strong multitasking and project management skills, with high attention to detail;
Strong partnership experience across multi-disciplinary teams, with ability to influence others;
Effective oral and written communication skills;
Proficient in technical analysis tools and techniques.
