Priceline is looking for a world class, high energy Technology Finance Analyst to join the Technology team. In this critical role, you will partner with Technology and Finance colleagues to provide a wide range of Finance support.
In this role you will get to:
Support the Senior Director, Technology Finance to ensure timely completion of and excellence in:
Building the annual planning and budgeting process for the Technology, in tight collaboration with Priceline’s Finance team.
Tracking all planned and unplanned expenditures including external contractors, software contracts and services. Partnering with Procurement and Legal to shepherd contracts renewals or new requests for purchases.
On a monthly basis, supporting all accruals, month-end closes and forecast submissions for P&C.
Providing transparency regarding forecast favorability or unfavourability
Ensuring accurate and current information is shared broadly with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Tracking all costs associated with Priceline’s migration to the Google Cloud Platform
Promoting and utilizing business intelligence reporting and metrics, acting as an ambassador for measurement, accountability and a disciplined approach to process improvement throughout the Priceline organization.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide support for special projects, as needed
Who you are:
You have 2-3 years of Finance experience in a technology organization (preferably ecommerce).
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field of study.
You are someone who possesses assertiveness and diplomacy, and achieves team cohesion.
You have a proven ability to juggle and balance conflicting priorities, and to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
You sweat the details and have excellent organizational skills.
You have an advanced knowledge of Excel, and ability and interest to learn and use tools such as Hyperion/HFM, Anaplan, Concur and Workday.
