Priceline – a part of Booking Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG), a highly profitable global online travel company with a market capitalization of over $90 billion – is looking for a VP of FP&A to join its Finance team. Our FP&A team sits at the center of the organization and is actively involved with all major strategic decisions. As a direct report of the CFO, this individual will be an integral member of a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting and managing Priceline.com’s full P&L and serving as analytical and strategic business partners throughout the organization. In this role you will get to:
Support the CFO and CEO across a wide range of corporate finance functions
Support our finance transformation, including ERP implementation
Manage recurring and ad hoc requests from our leadership team and our corporate parent, Booking Holdings
Collaborate with FP&A team members and our business partners to develop and execute new processes and analyses, especially cross-product or cross-functional, that add value for all stakeholders
Work across the team to develop/optimize KPI reporting
Synthesize and communicate key financial and business insights at an executive level
Manage a team of about 20, including three direct reports
Who you are:
Minimum 10 years of related professional experience; FP&A experience required. Investment banking or management consulting background is a plus
Minimum 5 years in a management position
Bachelor’s degree from competitive program with high GPA
Exceptional analytical skills and natural curiosity regarding financial metrics and key business drivers
Heavy Excel experience, comfortable with large and complex data sets
Strong financial modeling skills
Experienced in creating 'C-level' presentations
Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication skills
Experience with SAP preferred; experience with ERP implementations a plus
Experience with Anaplan or other planning tools a plus
Experience with tools such as OneStream ,Hyperion/HFM, Essbase and Tableau are a plus
Team player with a “no task is too small” attitude
Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently, coordinate the efforts of others and work well with people at a wide range of levels
