As Priceline’s People and Culture communications specialist, you’ll build and evolve our employer brand both inside and outside of the company, sharing what makes working for Priceline unique, special and compelling. In this role you will get to:
Leverage your creativity to further our Employee Value Proposition with current employees, candidates, and other key partners
Further build Priceline’s online presence on our career site and job boards like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and targeted boards focused on technology hiring and building greater diversity in the organization
Serve as the primary content creator for internal employee communications
Own our internal communications site for the corporate homepage and the People and Culture team
Partner with colleagues from all facets of the People and Culture team and leaders from throughout the organization
Provide consultative expertise on survey design and branding
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English or related field
2+ years of experience in a corporate environment developing content for internal and external stakeholders, preferably within the human resources function
Experience with basic website management; WordPress experience a plus
Quick learner who can readily pick up new tools and technologies to improve our communications toolkit
A self starter hungry to make an impact
