Learning and Development Specialist

As our learning and development specialist, you’ll own the evolution and adoption of our brand new Learning Management System and e-learning strategies for our global population. Additionally, you’ll be the L&D lead for our rapidly expanding Mumbai headquarters. In this role you will get to:
Facilitate the LMS and eLearning strategy for our global population.
Project manage the development of eLearning courses and new partner implementations.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to amplify utilization of course offerings.
Serve as the subject matter expert for our LMS administration and the lead point of contact for all LMS related queries raised by managers, employees and external partners.
Mumbai Leadership Responsibilities – Learning Architecture, Communication & Outreach
Facilitate and shape the employee experience in Mumbai through well-designed learning frameworks and outreach activities.
Drive the learning and development segment as part of the new hire orientation program and familiarize new hires with learning opportunities at Priceline.
Design and coordinate monthly learning programs. This includes identifying speakers, assessing training materials prepared by instructors, organizing and recording sessions and capturing learning experience. Manage vendor relationships effectively.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development. Identify learning summits and conferences (virtual and/in-person) and scope out opportunities for participation.
Who you are:
Masters/ MBA in HR strongly preferred
1-3 years of experience in project management – ideally related to education or technology, eLearning course development and/or Learning Management System administration
Demonstrated project management and organization skills with proven record of consistently delivering quality work in a timely manner
Ability to apply effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Proficient in the use of Google Suite tools; demonstrated aptitude to quickly pick up new tools and technologies to further build our learning and development toolkit and delivery methods
