Recruitment Coordinator/Talent Associate

This role is multifaceted and will provide support in a number of ways. We are in growth mode globally and this role will be instrumental in supporting the teams scale.
In this role you will get to:
Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, interview coordination and candidate communication
Create and foster a positive and friendly experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
Deliver a meaningful service-experience to hiring managers and interviewers including C level executives
Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS, Workday
Handle event logistics, coordination, administrative support and follow up
Assist with various Talent Team projects on an as needed basis
Who you are:
Proven academic excellence (evidenced by Bachelor’s or higher degree)
1 – 3 years of experience within Human Resources, with strong preference for experience in Talent Acquisition specifically
Scrappy, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment and has the ability to pivot quickly to meet evolving priorities
Can be counted on to work independently and deliver against established deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills
Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
