This is an exciting opportunity that combines end to end recruitment and active leadership and mentorship of the Talent Acquisition team. If you're a dynamic, strategic and motivated thought partner and leader, this is the right role for you.
In this role you will get to:
Provide hands on leadership, coaching and mentorship to our recruiters
Effectively manage relationships with multiple Hiring Managers and the Business
Work on active hiring initiatives as we seek new talent for our organization
Manage the RPO process and optimize relationships and other external partners
Provide regular status updates to Talent Acquisition Leadership and Hiring Managers on recruitment for open roles
Who you are:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Human Resources or related field
6-10+ years of professional experience providing full life cycle corporate recruitment or in a RPO model
2+ years of experience mentoring and leading a team of Recruiters
Proven success with leveraging employer branding, candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offer positioning and closing
Proven success using data, metrics, analysis and trends to optimize recruiting processes
Self-starter, able to adjust to changing priorities, and can operate effectively amidst ambiguity
