This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: 2 days in-office & 3 days remote.

Account Manager

Driving business relationships with Key Partners of Priceline Partnership Network, this person will have a good business sense, ability to understand how Partners consume and sell our inventory, and how we can work to grow them. This role will come with a high level of autonomy where the individual will be responsible for supporting and implementing new accounts and working alongside many internal departments to optimize our offering.

In this role you will get to:

  • Work alongside Senior Management on multiple, high touch, high value Partnerships.

  • Work closely with the product and technology teams at PPN and Priceline to build and enhance the features of our white label product for our key partnerships.

  • API Implementation of Key Accounts, from the time they are signed with PPN through implementation and live ramp-up

  • Develop and maintain high value relationships within your portfolio of designated accounts.

  • Identify client business needs, working with internal Product and Technical teams on development and creation of new initiatives for the affiliate product.

  • Present to Key Accounts on their business performance, and drive recommended optimizations to enhance the value of the Partnership

  • Create solutions to optimize operations and processes, including but not limited to Partner Implementation and Partner Growth

  • Plan and execute Partner & internal projects

  • Partner Launch Planning & execution

  • Customer Care & Finance Support

  • Knowledge & best practice sharing with fellow Account Manager and beyond

 

Who you are:

  • College diploma or University Degree, ideally in Business or Technology

  • A minimum of 3-5 years work experience in technology, marketing, business or project management

  • Ability to prioritize workload supporting multiple high priority Partners and company needs.

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.

  • Ability to cope with the demands of an ever-changing environment and the ability to adapt to new situations from both the Partner perspective, and the industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; to clearly articulate strategic, business and technical subjects.

  • Strong relationship management skills, both with external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Technical skills/training/knowledge, or at minimum a desire to learn these (web focused)

  • A knowledge of the ever-changing Travel or Airline Industry

  • Willing and able to take on work-related travel, able to travel into the USA (post-pandemic)
