As the Senior Director of HR Business Partners and Organizational Development, you’ll apply your deep knowledge and experience designing and delivering engagement, performance, and retention strategies to help propel a company that is growing rapidly and significantly. As the leader of our HR Business Partners you will be on the front line interacting with our talented Priceline staff, ensuring our culture is optimized for success. In this role you will get to:
Build our overall retention strategy to ensure a ready, engaged and committed workforce laser focused on delivering our business strategy and growing professionally with Priceline.
Leverage our employee engagement tool to develop the strategy for closing prioritized systemic gaps. Provide consultation to functional leaders on department specific gaps and opportunities.
Provide consultative guidance to leaders on organizational design and leading cross-functionally and across multiple geographies.
Serve as process owner for our Performance Management process, measuring effectiveness and course correcting where there are deficiencies with either quality or compliance or both.
Manage people communications for the department, both internally and externally.
Lead a group of talented HR Business Partners across four countries to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; Masters of Organizational Development a plus
5+ years experience designing and driving organizational development programs and processes
5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner and leading teams of HR BPs
Strong organizational, project management and excellent follow-through skills
Strong leadership and analytical skills with a high level of creativity
ROI/Business Planning: ability to manage a budget and build strong business case and ROI assumptions for organizational development investments
Demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
