Why this job’s a big deal:  As the HR Leader for our Strategic Partnerships (SP) business you will be supporting one of the biggest and most exciting growth driving organizations within Priceline!  You will partner with senior leaders in SP to ensure our recent acquisition is integrated well and we lay the foundation for our even bigger and even brighter future.  You will partner with senior SP leaders and your colleagues in the People & Culture (P&C) function  interacting with our talented Priceline staff, ensuring our culture is optimized for success. If you have a passion for building high performing teams at both the micro and macro level through programs, processes, and learning opportunities – this job is for you!  

In this role you will get to:

  • Drive the P&C aspects of the post merger integration of our two previously separate SP businesses into one highly integrated and highly performing group and culture

  • Partner with the senior leaders of our SP business in ongoing enhancement and optimization of our organization including sales, service, technology, and support functions 

  • Represent the needs of the SP business to the P&C team to ensure fit for purpose program design and delivery

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; Masters of Organizational Development a plus

  • 8-12 years of related experience with progressive Human Resources organizations

  • 4+ years experience as an HR Business Partner 

  • SHRM certification is a plus

  • A hands on, practical, senior level business leader who understands how to drive organizational capability through people

  • Strong organizational, project management, change management and excellent follow-through skills

  • Strong leadership and analytical skills with a high level of creativity 

  • Demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline:  Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
