Our Product Design and Management teams work tirelessly to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. They’re the ones who make our deals come to life and our user experience simple and intuitive.

In this role you will get to:
Lead product development initiatives utilizing user and competitive research.
Identify insights and drive opportunities to grow our business – connect with travelers to understand their pain-points.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behavior, industry trends, and supplier needs.
Define requirements & product specifications, establish milestones, problem solve with engineers, coordinate cross functional teams, and most importantly deliver results with scrum teams of 5-7 people. Be accountable for delivery of the product by these teams.
Monitor performance of existing features and prioritize updates as needed.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.
Define and implement A/B tests throughout our stack to improve business and customer KPIs.
Develop and plan roadmaps to achieve business goals and customer needs.
Get your hands dirty. We are a lean team and there is no job too big or too small. Some days you will be planning for the next quarter, and other days you will be diving into database records to help the development team troubleshoot an issue. We are very hands-on.
Who you are:
3+ years of consumer-facing internet Product management experience; e-commerce a plus.
Experience launching products with full-stack engineering teams.
Experimental and data driven approach. Strong analytical skills. Able to interpret data and trends, identify gaps, and recommend action plans to improve the overall product
A self-starter who is inquisitive and able to move projects forward with little direction
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – from pitch decks, to detailed Agile stories, to demo presentations
Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, and data analytics, A/B testing methodologies
