Senior Product Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics
This role is eligible for our five day flex office work model.
From customer and marketing messaging, to search engine optimization, to branding and promotions, our Marketing team are experts at spreading the Priceline message far and wide – capturing the hearts and imaginations of customers to get them to try our services, and keep them coming back for more.

As the Senior Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager, you will interface directly with key stakeholders across our business, representing all product lines, to drive direct order growth, expand our white-label offering, and to create excellent customer experiences. You will work with our marketing messaging analytics team to ensure we are providing key insights to leadership and other stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for continued growth.
In this role you will get to:
Work with data analysts to
Implement and enhance reporting around our channel KPIs
Coordinate innovative customer segmentation projects
Design and structure A/B tests in email, push notifications, app inbox, and SMS messages, and work with teams to execute, analyze, and iterate
Collaborate with our strategic partnerships team to expand our white label capabilities
Translate trends and findings into growth strategies
Work with the design and product teams to ensure content and messaging is consistent and on-brand
Who you are:
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant subject (e.g., marketing, product management)
5+ years’ experience in marketing and/or product management
Proactive, self-starter who shows ownership and drive
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, making complicated concepts easy to understand
Advanced understanding of split test planning and analysis
1+ years’ experience with JIRA or other Agile management tools
Fluent with data analysis tools:
SQL (BigQuery preferred)
Reporting and Data visualization (Tableau preferred)
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and templating languages (e.g. Handlebars)
Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
