Why this job’s a big deal:
The Analyst, Compensation & Benefits will support the P&C team to provide analysis and insight on compensation and benefits programs. This role will primarily be focused on these areas for our employees based in India where we have seen tremendous growth over the past few years, but will also ultimately partner with the Compensation & Benefits team (U.S. based Senior Analyst and Manager) to provide a level of global support to the broader P&C team.
In this role you will get to:
Support Compensation & Benefits team in design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs for Mumbai based employees that align with Priceline’s EVP and business goals.
Provide local market insight and leverage external market data to support development and ongoing maintenance of base salary recruiting ranges.
Support the Talent Acquisition team by providing compensation evaluations for job requisitions in Workday, helping to ensure our compensation packages are competitive to attract the right talent and assisting with any other ad hoc compensation & benefits inquiries as needed.
Support Compensation & Benefits team during the annual compensation planning cycle, as well as with any off-cycle pay actions as needed.
Partner with respective P&C stakeholders to address employee grievances related to compensation and benefits.
Lead annual assessment and renewal processes for India benefits programs.
Partner with third party vendors including TMF Payroll, HFDC bank, LIC, Sodexo and Reliance General Insurance to administer compensation and benefits programs and to help employees make changes to elections as needed. Share required input details with the vendors as per the predefined frequencies.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree required – preferably HR/Finance related
Exceptional skill level in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Suite products including Google Sheets and Google Slides preferable
Workday experience preferable
3-5 years’ experience in an analytical role
Prior work experience within compensation and/or benefits required
Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, attention-to-detail and project management skills
Data-mining, report creation and strong Excel skills preferable
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive compensation and employee information with complete discretion
Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust
