Product Manager, Marketing Technology
Our Product Management team works diligently to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. Whether working with internal partners or end users, they go above and beyond to deliver the best-of-breed solutions.

The Product Manager, Marketing Technology will provide a critical link between our marketing, merchandising, and technology teams. The right person will ensure that our customers will always have access to the best travel deals in the world.
In this role you will get to:
Lead product development initiatives for a suite of internal promotional, marketing, and content management tools
Identify insights and drive opportunities to improve our marketing tools through close collaboration with our marketing and merchandising departments
Analyze usage of our product, understand competitor offerings, align with internal critical initiatives and partner needs.
Define product specifications, establish landmarks, and manage design, development and quality assurance activities
Continuously propose new features and tests to improve conversion and engagement.
Get into the details. We are a lean team and there is no job too big or too small. Some days you will be planning for the next quarter, and other days you will be diving into database records or inspecting API responses to help the development team troubleshoot an issue. We are very hands-on.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree required
Modesty; a willingness to new processes and a desire to grow and learn.
Passion for creating differentiated products and user experiences.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence for and championing of the user.
A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction,
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – from product specifications, to JIRA tickets, to partner presentations.
Experience with marketing and promotional tools or content management systems is a plus.
