This role is eligible for our five-day flex office work model.

Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.

Why this job’s a big deal:

Market Coordinators are at the forefront of revenue generation. Their main focus is to support the Market Managers and ensure the optimization of all tasks associated with keeping the hotels the main priority.

In this role you will get to:

  • Support Market Managers in daily operations with hotel partners.

  • Compare pricing and work with hotels to maintain competitive rates  with other online travel outlets

  • Load new hotel products into extranet system and provide maintenance as needed.

  • Assist in preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly reports.

  • Provide assistance with rate loading and contract updates.

  • Maintain market contacts in Salesforce, prepare monthly newsletters and market communications.

  • Request additional inventory from sold out hotels.

  • Confidently solicit rates and inventory from potential new hotel partners

  • Double check and proof your own work.

  • Maintain status schedule of data completed, data in-progress & data waiting to be processed.

  • Maintain open dialogue with Market Manager and Directors

  • Frequent contact with hotel partners at all levels

 Who you are:

  • 2- 3 years Administrative or Customer Support experience

  • High school degree required, College degree preferred or related work experience 

  • Strong organization, communication, and people skills required.

  • Team player and self-starter

  • Great phone and people skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word and usage of the Internet

  • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment.

  • Professional, “get it done” attitude and work ethic.

  • Ability to work from home and in an office.
